Motor
0503Motor are Olivier Grasset and Bryan Black. What went through their minds when making DIN 9 is anyone's guess: it sounds like a constipated computer with a kickdrum, though there's some kind of endearing appeal in the way everything gels together (apparently it was written on guitar, sequenced on computer, then processed through a chain of guitar pedals).
Dicot (the result of 'three pink ecstacy tablets', apparently) glitches it's way across the dancefoor with squelchy bass and electronic whiplashes, but suffers a bit from stop/start syndrome. Sak on the other hand is another advocate of the 'less-is-more' approach, sounding rather like Spastik on smack – again, a guaranteed floor-clearer. Some nice ideas – just lacking in suitable application.
